Coach Erin is truly everything a coach should be! As an elementary school teacher, Coach Erin has the unique ability to see each player not just as a soccer player, but as a whole person with physical, social and emotional strengths and challenges. She gives constructive critiques and builds each player’s confidence - she is not only their coach, but their biggest fan as well! She is simply the best in every way a parent would want their child’s coach to be!

Each child as an individual!
Witnessing the players cheering each other on, the oldest encouraging the youngers when they got discouraged, kids feeling safe and taking risks, kids celebrating each other’s growth and successes in such a genuine way. Basically…kids learning and practicing the most basic and important social skills as a foundation for building their soccer skills and love for the game! Also, the way that Coach Erin planned activities in differentiated groups to meet the players’ needs also made the camp a success!
